A Curated Case. - John - 70 year old man

Presented by Prof. Andrew Sindone, BMed(Hons), MD, FRACP, FCSANZ Cardiologist and Director, Heart Failure Unit and Department of Cardiac Rehabilitation, Concord Hospital, New South Wales You are a registrar working in the ED at a large hospital. John is a 70-year-old man who presents with sub-acute onset shortness of breath.
